Our meetings are held at the Community Hall every two months on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.

Last Monday of the month, 7:00 p.m. at the Fire Hall
Regular Classes and Special Events in the Community Hall and Pioneer Park
Special Events in May
Sundays
West Coast Bible Church meeting at 10 a.m.
First Sunday of the month: Live Music
Shirley Loves Music from 2 to 5 p.m.

Tuesday
Yoga from 10 to 11:15 a.m. with Heather Frazer
$15 per class
Students should bring their own mats and, if they have them, props. Some props will be available.
Get Ripped weight-based training program at 6:30 p.m. (except March 14)
This program is a great way to build lean muscle mass and prevent osteoporosis. It's structured for all fitness levels and requires only a yoga mat, small hand weights (even soup tins), and an exercise step (if you have one). The drop-in fee is $5 per class.
